Termogamma had the opportunity to work with a Greek company operating in the textile sector with the aim of designing, building and installing a Biodiesel production plant, alongside our partner Energy Construction Company.
The first step for Termogamma was to analyze customer needs to evaluate the feasibility of our BPS (Biodiesel Production System) solution.
Once the customer’s approval was received, the project was planned and then the plant was built at our factory. The installation was carried out in a very short time, in fact, from the start of the works to the laying on the Greek territory only six months have passed, and our solution has been operational since April 2023.
The system is based on our philosophy: to create Plug&Play, modular and customized solutions for the customer.
It uses vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the cotton plant, a low-quality oil not intended for human consumption, which represents a waste of production for the customer. The entire plant is developed in two separate special boxes, 12 meters each: in the first one there are four reactors for the production of Biodiesel, while in the second one there is the control room and the methanol distillation area.
Currently, the plant has a production capacity ranging from 23 000 to 27 000 litres/day and supplies the product according to the parameters required by the European standard in EN14214.
Also in this plant, Termogamma has transformed a product meant not to be used in an opportunity; generating an advantage both for the environment and for the investor.
Termogamma ha avuto l’opportunità di collaborare con un’azienda greca operante nel settore tessile con lo scopo di progettare, costruire ed installare un impianto di produzione di Biodiesel, in affiancamento al nostro partner Energy Construction Company.
Il primo step per Termogamma è stato quello di analizzare le esigenze del cliente per valutare la fattibilità della nostra soluzione BPS (Biodiesel Production System).
Una volta ricevuto il benestare da parte del cliente si è proceduto alla progettazione e, successivamente alla costruzione dell’impianto presso il nostro stabilimento. L’installazione è stata svolta in tempi brevissimi, infatti, dalla partenza dei lavori sino alla posa sul territorio greco sono trascorsi solo sei mesi e la nostra soluzione è operativa da Aprile 2023.
L’impianto è stato creato sulla base della nostra filosofia: realizzare soluzioni Plug&Play, modulari e su misura per il cliente.
Il sistema utilizza olio vegetale estratto dai semi della pianta del cotone, olio poco pregiato e non destinato al consumo umano, che rappresenta uno scarto di produzione per il cliente. L’intero impianto si sviluppa in due distinti box speciali, ognuno da 12 metri: nel primo sono alloggiati i quattro reattori per la produzione di Biodiesel, mentre nel secondo è presente la control room e la zona distillazione metanolo.
Ad oggi l’impianto ha una capacità produttiva che spazia dai 23 000 ai 27 000 litri/giorno e fornisce il prodotto come da parametri richiesti nella normativa europea EN14214.
Anche in questo impianto Termogamma ha trasformato un prodotto destinato a non essere utilizzato in un’opportunità generando un vantaggio sia per l’ambiente che per l’investitore.
